Hello and Welcome! My name is Adeeb Odeh, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor born and raised in Chicago and owner of You & Me Counseling, LLC.

I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. After graduating, I worked with people with disabilities for over three years before going on to pursue my Masters in Community Counseling from Argosy University.

Since graduating with my Masters, I have worked in various settings including schools, hospitals and private practice.

I believe there is a light at the end of everyone's tunnel, some people just have longer tunnels. My role is to work with you and remind you of the tools that you have in your toolbox so you can find the light within your tunnel.

I have over 10 years of experience working with teens, adolescents, couples, and families who have experienced a myriad of life stressors and disorders. From anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, relational and marriage issues, substance use, trauma, and phase of life issues, I am able to help.

I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, and various men’s issues.

I will work with you to identify the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back from living the life you want to live. I will challenge those thoughts and behaviors while providing you the tools and skills to navigate life's stressors and help you move forward. I encourage all clients to be active participants in the role of therapy.
